It was rectified over a digital orthophoto base. This digital cadastral basemap will be the primary cadastral map for Lucas County, Ohio. The Lucas County Auditor's Office, Toledo, Ohio, uses the jurisdiction layer to delineate the political boundaries within Lucas County.
