Description: The Cadastre (Tax Map) parcels are joined to the internal Zoning view table each week, containing Owner, Property and Mailing Address, Land Use, and Zoning information.Th Hosted Feature View Layer is typically updated every Monday, or otherwise first day of the work week. The data presented in the view layer is used in multiple internal applications, including our Parcel Router Experience.Parcels created for Tax Abatements are not labeled.The Auditor shall classify each parcel of real taxable property according to its principal and current use with Land Use Codes as outlined in Ohio Administrative Code 5703-25-10 Zoning descriptions are maintained by Lucas County and are subject to change. The information provided is deemed a reliable point of reference but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified with the individual township or the Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commission.
